At Boulies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and pack it into its original shipping box with all components, tools, and manuals included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is securely sealed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for any damage, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
